Fight on Apokolips.

DS and Apoc has no prep.

However no UN, can they beat them with prep?

Try and think up some ways..

Hmm...

I'd take Darkseid and Apoc. Just because Doom & Reed have prep doesn't mean a win in this case. They don't have a lot of info on either opponent so it's essentially blind prep and they'd still need to get the drop on Apoc and Darkseid which I don't see them doing. Apoc and Darkseid just boomtube away and Darkseid Omega Effects Doom and Reed. Then Apoc cleans up the leftovers.
