Without Prep Sinister will destroy Doom just about every time. With prep doom has an advantage in a straight up fight. As smart as sinister is, his type of prep involves manipulating people and doing genetic experiments, neither of which really help him in a straight up fight.

Sinister loses the fight on purposes, steals a blood sample of Doom's, and goes back to his lab to...analyze it. 😖hifty:
