This is the Marvel vs. Capcom-version of Cap, meaning he is immensely faster than in the comics and can deal way deadlier combos.

No shield for Cap. No webs for Spidey.

HMMM i still have to go with spidey,his spidey sense gives him the edge..even against an enhanced cap

I would always say Spiderman defeats Cap, and i think the ones who say Cap can defeat Spidey is on crack, but if Cap is better at comboing and is thrice as fast, his technique will be too much for Spidey.
