Sometimes, the uninstall button is missing inside file and the Manual thing don't work. How shall I delete the program with Uninstall file?

Try these steps:

-> Repair the program by re-installing it.
-> After the program has been successfully repaired, un-install it now.

Have you tried uninstalling it through Add/Remove programs?
