They met in a What If comic....Conan beat him!

Without their weapons, cap is stronger, faster and can endure more than Conan. Cap can dodge bullets, so im sure he can block a lumbering sowrd striker. Cap could easily keep his distance from Conan and disarm him using his shield.

However, if Conan did manage to get in close next to Cap, He could win, but personally i say it goes to cap eight times out of ten
