LOL, why can't Vixen use the powers of Krypto?

Anyway, Vixen mimics the physical and mental powers of either Gorilla Grood or the Shark.

So she gains telepathy, mental bolts, matter manipulation, energy projection, flight, superhuman strength, add in Jay Garrick's speed and I think DC wins.
