I can't. Every time I try then someone tells me she likes me so I try to get with her.

If you can't land the catch then it's not worth it. There is only so far the "hard to get" approach works.

She's like one of those people who likes you for a few days, hates you the next few, etc. Like the other day, she thought I gave out her number so she was all mad & trying to cuss me out but when she found out I didn't give her number out to anyone she started being nice as hell.

If her feelings flip flop so much right now, just imagine being in a relationship with her. It would be so much worse. She is mentally broken, you can do better.

Lol, she's not mentally unstable, she just acts weird at times is all. After everything I've gone through with her I just don't know what to do now...

If she likes you one minute and hates you the next, if you're in a relationship with her, you'll be together one minute and be broken up the next.

I don't mean that she literally hates me, I mean that sometimes it's like she doesn't want to be bothered.

That still means she sometimes won't be bothered in the relationship then.

That's more than likely true.
