i watched "you're gonna miss me," an indie film that cover roky eriksons life. He was well-known for his band, 13th floor elevators in the 60s, psychedelic music. I was able to get the dvd from my work (umg) and i really enjoyed the film, and its actually being released July10th. Not only because im a music history lover but this shows how and why he became insane. He even mentions how he thought he was an alien and how drugs effected him. The film was directed by Keven Mcalester. Take a look if your interested.
