Brian actually recently showed immunity to telepathy... but it was from an alternate universe male Psylocke... so he may only be immune to telepathy from his sister... even though that makes no sense.

AM pimp slaps him into submission.

CB is immune to telepath, Cb has fought class 100 beings and held his own. CB can take at least 5/10, if CB can take a hit from the Thor's hammer with out being phase, he can take aquaman's best.

It's from the same story arc (written by present-day Claremont - which somewhat explains inconsistency with past works) and doesn't really show either way. Rachel was reluctant to interfere with the King. No one was acting like themselves.

In previous stories I'm pretty sure Brian has been affected by telepathy. I know for fact that 616 Psylocke's telepathy has worked on him when she was sparring with him and using it to anticipate his moves. This may or may not constitute a retcon.

Aquaman is far and away past lifting 100 tons. He has vast magic, healing, and telepathy abilities. Aurthur's got this.

Those scans didnt illustrate an immuity to TP at all. As Rachel said, he reacted before she could get a hold of him. Thats all.

Rachel also shows in her scan her reluctancy to attack the King anyway because of who he is.

So for all we know her reluctancy could've have had something to do with how Brian was able to escape her TP attack.
