I think Strange would probably win the majority against Franklin... He can always play it safe and keep his distance so to speak, not that I think he needs to.

Vast powers but little experience and skill with using them offensively at the level required to take out Classis Dr Strange.

I think that Strange would take the majority unless he held back because Franklins just a child. Franklin howveer is far more powerful.
