Mr. Mxyzptlk vs. The Spectre

So that the Respect thread won't be "spammed" up further, I'll take this debate here.

I'm still waiting for the Spectre side of this to actually present REAL evidence in their favor.

I don't have any real evidence to support this answer, but based on what I know, and have heard if Spectre is acting on his own, I'll go with Mxy. If not, and he is doing this for "you know Who", or was given a direct order from Previously Said, Mxy goes down.

If I'm wrong, that's how it should be anyway.

I didn't make the Respect thread so that people can see his high end feats.
I made it so that people can understand the character,not so that they can judge him by his feats alone.

Do I think Spectre beats Mxy? sure,do I care? No.
