Hunger. Much larger in scale. It only lost because it hadn't fully materialized in the 616 universe.

the rot seemed powerfull though,it took a amped up thanos and death to stop it.

the hunger seemed pretty bad ass even thanos and big g couldnt stop it,and it still survived.do you think well see the hunger again?
