How much prep and what stuff does he have to use?

He has as much time as he want and he can use anything.

So he can go grab the Warlogog or get the Anti - Life Equation if he wants?

Batman, regardless of prep, should die at #1. Thor doesn't really have any exploitable weaknesses like many other DC characters do. In fact, that little detail shouldn't even matter when looking at the list of opponents. Yes, Superman is weak against kryptonite, but with his power set, he should still destroy Bruce despite any kryptonite rings. You'd think Clark would just chuck a car at him at phenomenal speeds from a safe distance.
