I was going threw Apocalypse respect thread and it said Apocalypse was talking to Uatu like a peer. IMO Watcher would destroy Apocalypse with little effort.

Apocayplse is strong to be sure, but IMO hes definately not Watcher strong.

I know this is going to sound stupid, but in a non-PIS setting, like a forum, what specific feats does Utau have?

I agree, in terms of "where they should be in the overall hierarchy", Utau should be above Apoc, but feat wise, what specifically puts him there?

It's difficult to provide any concrete feats given what his role generally is in a comic book(being a neutral observer most of the times).

However, in a fight with Aron the Rogue Watcher, the 2 waged war "across infinite rivers of reality", which ultimately ended in Uatu converting Aron into pure energy. The same Aron who beat Molecule Man without much trouble(although Owen was unable to control organic molecules at that time).

That is almost my point (the Aron feat non-withstanding, that is pretty badass), for as many low feats that Apoc has, is we go by highest showings, he is actually really strong.

I'm not saying he should beat Utau, but in terms of forum rules and feats, etc, he might just have better showings based on more appearances/different character type.

Not really. All that Apoc really has going for him here is that he has more feats, not better.

Even if we take into account the PIS/WIS/CIS, based on a comparative analysis of their respective feats, Uatu still comes ahead by a mile.

Based on feats and/or status, this is complete and utter spite against Apokalypse...

I believe this is mostly based on the notion that Uatu is a "pacifist monk"

Who is more powerful? Uatu by a mile

Will he defend himself if Apoc attacks him? that is where the issue might be.

If he were to defend himself Apoc will regret attacking Uatu.
