The Penance Stare

No Gods or Supreme Beings. The "Penance Stare" is Ghost Riders most lethal weapon. I am not sure if anyone can withstand it or has ever withstood it, but if it is possible who would be able to do it?

I'm not familiar with GR at all, but if the movie is to be believed...

Then anyone without a Soul can resist the PS, [but I don't know if this holds true in comics].

I'm pretty sure than it doesn't work on the insane.

I doubt it's working on Psylocke.

There was a discussion about this a while back and I was arguing about the stare. people were saying that it should work on anyone. But I think as long as stong mind you can beat it.
