You forgot one;

Numbers.

Not only are the turtles, individually, comparitive to batman in skill, there are FOUR of them. With weapons. They're also stronger, faster, and more durable.

Batman's only hope is gas grenades or something of the sort, but I seem to recall the turtles being immune on at least one occasion.
