5 months of prep for the Master? yeah no contest. He has access to tech that the combined intellect of Iron Man [Tony Stark], Yellowjacket [Hank Pym], Stingray, and Black Knight could only understand a small portion of it.

Giving Master 5 months is overkill as he already has constructed a Plodex army that was causing the Avengers trouble [Plodex Wolves], and he literally could clone every single one of his oppoents but the clones would have the mind of the Master, as he did it to Heroes for Hire.
