I think we had this discussion before. The Whilygig and the Gauntlet are about equal in power but because of it's versatility the Gantlet is slightly more dangerous.

Certainly, so far as I know, the Infinity Gauntlet never destroyed and recreated a universe with physical laws that were at the whim of the user.
