RM can manifest any power he wishes, and he can have multiple powers at one time.

He has never shown an upper limit as to what powers he can manifest, nor has he shown a particular weakness to anything, .

This is matchup is heavily skewered in favor of JLA 1M, this pretty much is spite.
Batman 1M with one day of prep would probably out-think and out-perform regular Batman with a month of it.
