Ah. Been a long time since I read it.. since it was coming out monthly actually. I just remembered him giving it up in the solo series minus the pieces he had for his hour of power.
Still, without that being stripped off of his character [since in the 1 million series it belonged to him], the team can win.

Yeah, without it, he's just an advanced robot colony.
That type of stuff never happens to Marvel characters though.
You never see "Does Surfer get his Power Cosmic?" "Nope." in a thread. Yet, here, and half of the Orion threads, and many countless others, they strip powers and make stipulations that the Marvel characters can win under.
