I dug this issue alot. Read well, and great art. So far i'm on board with this.

I don't get why Thor doesn't have his fighting skills, or his RKT powers.

Did thor return make sence?
Im probally gonna pick it tommorow.

I hate first issues. It's like an official excuse to write a boring comic.

I picked it up, but I'm busing reading the second and third trades of Animal man.

I'm not too satisfied with how he had to reach for his hammer in order to beat those monsters/trolls, but the rest of the issue was pretty decent.

It looks like his personality has changed slightly, but that might just be me. Great art, really loving it.

I betcha that wasteland "Future that will come to pass if you do not interfere" has a lot to do with WWH.

probably, its pretty clear that thor and the hulk will cross paths soon, WWH prologue already confirmed it.

Hey I have got a question for those of you who have been reading Thor from before volume 2. I didn't start reading Thor since after volume 2 started and thus only know of him and Jake Olson, but now that the new Thor series has started (which i haven't started on yet because I haven't fully finished volume 2 yet) I have tried to find some info about Donald Blake. However I can't seem to find any info about him other then the fact that he was partially disabled. so could anyone tell me more of how the Thor-Blake relationship was like? What happened to Donalds persona etc (not info learned from this new series)?

IM is the man. I have become a fan of him lately even with Cival War.

IM is my favorite Marvel character by far. I have a bad feeling that he's probably going to get wrecked in that fight though.

I have forced myself to wait until this comes out in trade. It's really difficult not to buy individual issues.......

Neither of them is doing any ass kicking in those pics. Tony's blast might as well have been a water gun and he didn't seem hurt at all from that hammer hit.

He's remade Asgard, and rose it in the air, so far...

I actually like Thor's redesign, but it is going at a slower pace but you don't need action to be an alright book.

Ok i just went to my comic store and picked up Thor # 2... They didnt have # 1 however so i dont want to read 2 yet.

Can somone please post scans of # 1 or at least tell me what happenned so im not lost when i read # 2. Thanx for youre help.

History of their matchups has shown Thor can keep fighting longer, eventually cracking Tony's armour & protection. Tony's blast didn't even make Thor step backward, in that page. He will be on the defensive most of this fight.

According to the links you posted, you just copy and pasted. That won't work because the boards shorten long links.

Try going back to the original link, right clicking on it and selecting "Copy link location," then pasting THAT, and changing the number(s).

Question: When Blake tells Thor if he needs to be on Earth to fight and tip the balance i assume he is reffering to the events of WWH, correct?

If Thor needs to be there to tip the balance then can one assume that Sentry and Strange as Zom are going to get smashed by Hulk.

i don't think sentry will lose , he will knock sense into teh hulk and establish that he wwh's physical equal if not more

Zom can't lose though, so it could be some other events.

I think a lot of people would prefer to see Thor return and deal with Hulk, but we need to remember that Marvel has a lot of pressure on them. People expect them to do something with Sentry already, he hasn't been established as a major character yet and WWH could easily be his chance to shine.

A lot of people won't give Sentry his due, but they can't really deny the fact that he's strong if he defeats WWH physically.

I already mentioned what's going to happen.

One way or another, Hulk's gonna smash the shit out of Zom/Strange, and Sentry's gonna show up at the very end of the issue. Sentry will stalemat-ey the Hulk for a while, but eventually begin wearing out, till Thor shows up.

Thor and Sentry will team up and take down the Hulk.

Yeah, I'm not doubting whether or not Thor can beat Tony. Just saying it wasn't shown in that preview.

Im wondering because in the next Thor issue, he's gonna fight Iron Man, and currently IM in captured by the Hulk.

Im still not certain if Thor will be around in WWH, but the rock guy did confirm that Thor is on Earth.

oh yeah, Now that asgurd is back, im thinking the rest of the Issues of Thor will be promisising.

I'm personnally betting that Thor doesn't show up in WWH... Donald Blake telling him that the world needed Thor seemed more like an overarching statement rather than just they need him for this specific occurrence.
