Mar-Vell uses his cosmic awareness, granting him insight on Apoc's weakness to tables and his own plans. Tony then has one of the older Iron Man models to deliver a standard dinner table. Apoc then flees.

Apocalypse really should win this..........but marvel seems bound and determined to screw him over. 🙁 Classic (non-jobbing, actually uses his stupid ****ing powerset...) Apocalypse should be able to take control over a few of the A-wave ships, or he just annihilates them by himself.

You see, it's not that easy either way.
Taking control of ships... maybe, but Iron Man's current suit has control over machines as well.

Also, Mar-Vell will most likely power himself up before the fight, and Iron Man's suit runs on solar power (I think his current one does, anyway), so both will be more powerful.
Annihilation is far from being present in this thread (except for the A-Wave).

Is Apoc in his original body? Does he get time manipulation?
