Cin wins, but he doesn't pwn. Dooku threatens EU Grievous by asking him if he needs to demonstrate the abilities of Kenobi, Windu, Yoda or Cin, which makes it seem like Cin could beat Grievous. Also, it would only make sense for Dooku to have named off who he thinks the top Jedi are, putting Cin, in Dooku's opinion, in the top 4 (though possibly #5 as Dooku's dislike for Anakin often makes Dooku underestimate him). Also, Cin was the battlemaster (in otehrwords, the best Jedi swordsman discluding those Jedi on the Council). He was trained by Yoda himself and instructed such luminaries as Obi-Wan and Anakin in the art of lightsaber combat.


Also, a note on his death: You can say all you want about how Anakin fights him one handed and wins while choking Bene with the other hand, but with the Force strengthening his grip on Bene he can't have survivied for long, and using a saber with one hand isn't like using only half your strength or anything - some people, like Dooku, actually prefer to fight using only one hand. We also don't know how long the fight lasted from the movie - it could have went on for a long time and we don't know how tired Cin was from fighting Clones before his duel with Vader.


Now lets see about Asajj... great as she was, she was never able to best Anakin, and only ever beat Kenobi (and Zule Xiss, 2 on 1) when they were poisoned and Kenobi had a cracked skull. She did, however, beat Kit Fisto, though it was quite close and if it hadn't been for his ankle getting scorched by an energy shield and her having analysed his fighting style before the duel, he could very well have won. Still, by Obsession she should have been able to defeat him for sure, though not easily. Cin is a league above Kit at least, and Asajj is beloe Grievous, who Cin can apparently beat. Using abc here, but what else have we got to go on for Cin?

Yea Cin wins, Cin was said, by Dooku, he could possibly defeat Griveous, while he himself said that Griveous was better then Asayy as stated in Dark Rendezvous.
