Cap (b4 death of course) v. US Agent

They are fighting on top of a S.H.I.E.L.D figher jet (idk why i picked that, just thought it would be intesting.) and US Agent is deprived of his lil shock stick thingy and the plane is on a collisio course for earth and they each have aprrox. 5 minutes to beat their opponent and take control of the plane before it crashes.

Who would win before time runs out?

I believe Cap has beaten John Walker before.
