I don't know much about Black Cat, but from what I know I don't think she would be much use in this fight. Elektra or DD would own her quickly while DD or Elektra fights spiderman, then they both gang up on spidey. This hypothesis might annoy many people, so please go easy with the rebuttals. 😉

Black Cat is a non issue, and Elektra and DD will be too much for Spider-man together. Team 2 wins.

I really hate when people dismiss Black Cat as a non factor when this is clearly NOT the case here.

While one on one she is the least skilled of the bunch this is a two on two fight. She is arguably stronger than both DD and Elektra (considering her suit enhances her strength to half a ton, way above a peak male). BC is capable of hurting superhumans and she can definately hold her own and make up in speed equipment and strength where she lacks the others raw skill.

Spidey and Cat take this match a good majority.

I couldn't agree with you more, Black Cat nearly killed The Lizard all on her own. With Spidey beside her, team one easily take this.

I thought Black Cat's suit made her 'peak' human. DD must be peak or close. Elektra the same? In fact I think someone on another thread was arguing Elektra above peak because she held up a strike from a 10 tonner. This and their superior MA and abilities should mean either deal with Black Cat then team up on Spidey. Again only IMO.
