What characters need to get some more development?

Hiroim the Shamed needs some character development. I couldn't care any less about the Hulk but Hiroim is badass... I'd read a mini about him.

Juggernaut needs some. Just because he has been around so long but has received very little personal attention.

Supergirl- This character had so much potential but it was reduced to garbage. They could do so much more than the usual teen angst stories.

Cyborg- I'm guessing you skipped Geoff John's run on Teen Titans

Torch - He had a TON of character development put onto him by John Bryne and during the 90's when he started to mature, but then Onslaught came and f*cked everything up (God damnit I hate the xmen)

Development wise?no,so far all we've seen is him going at it with monitors and being put down by forerunner,thats hardly development.

The New Gods...i mean when Firestorm actually starts beating Orion we start having problems. Orion should be owning Firestorm. and DS as well but i'm guessing whatever countdown is counting down to might cover that department.
