Frank has learned to fully acsess all of Superman's immense abilities and can do anything Superman has been shown to do. He sets out on his usual routine of killing criminals mercilessly.

What happened to Clark in Puns body, realising how castle is a killer, supes would shoot pun with a crapload of kryptonite bullets

The instant Pun killed someone the tight arse Dc heroes would bring him down.

Not really any heroes that come to mind on DC Earth that would be prepared to fight a fully bloodlusted and very intelligent Supes.

A Castle-minded Superman wouldn't spare anyone but other heroes wouldn't be in the same mindset. They'd be surprised by his brutality and would try to reason with him. By the time they realize there's no use in that, they could very well be dead.

he's not getting through every DC hero,and he wouldn't have Supermans tP resistance because it's his mind,so if they need to restrain him Jonn or Aquaman could take him down with ease 😬

That's if he didn't blitz their heads off.....
