Movie Megs against Master Chief.

THe fights on HALO.

Master Chief has Mark VI armor, the Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Scope Pistol, Normal and Brute plasmas, plasma/frag grenades, fusion cannon, rocket launcher and full ammo for everything all available. Oh yeah, and he also has s Scopion tank.

I say Megatron wins in a curbstomp, but I know theres alot of people on here who find the Chief to be godly...stick out tongue
