Any of these people can give Spidey a good fight by themselves, the Iron Spidey suit was never very impressive (if Jester and Jack 'O Lantern can mess it up, I doubt very much that the combined might of Luke Cage, Danny and Daredevil couldn't do much worse).

Spidey should lose majority

Spider-Man is faster and very strong I think he would give them great fight specially when using his webbs and Spider-Sense.
