I don't see how they can beat him since he's immune to Universal nullification.

I don't see what Mad Jim Jaspers is going to do towards Hunger since he devour the very same reality that Jaspers is depending on...

Agreed, however judging on that it's only vulnerable on it's entry and eats consumes reality I doesn't see what Jaspers is going to do.. Warp it?

Good point, I change my vote to Stalemate. I don't see how either side can win this now.

Jasper can't really hurt the Rot since it's basically just a big hole with no reality to warp.

238 Jim wasn't immune to universal nullification, that's his more powerful 616 counterpart.

Considering Hunger eats realities, and Jaspers isn't able to warp what isn't there, the team take this.
