I feel that it should be a decision the child should be able to make when they are older. If you've witnessed a circumcision and the amount of pain that the infant is experiencing, you would probably be horrified. I feel lucky that I wasn't circumcized.

Edit: oftentimes an uncut doesn't look any different from a cut when erect.

Is this for research purposes? Are you collecting data? Circumcision seems to becoming unpopular, though mostly outside of the USA.
