In the second there is one week prep involved to strategize and work as a team no powerups at all. The fight takes place on neutral grounds.

Odin/Thanos FTW

Team 2 wins both times. First scenario: Thanos is not in the same league as the other 3. he's getting taken out quickly. Then it's 2 on 1 and Odin falls. 2nd round: Unless Thanos gets the IG or something godly, they lose here also.
