I'm not sure. Parrallax and Hank are powerful, so is Prime.

This is tough without knowing how powerful Parallax is currently. The original one absorbed the battery making him uber powerful. This one doesn't have the full power of the battery so it's tough to gauge.

Henshaws willhunters could turn some of the members on the his side which would give a great advantage to the Sinestro team.
