I'm not entirely sure how Tyrant would counter time manipulation, let me think for a second.
I wonder if he would be able to copy any of Tyrant's abilities. If he could then Tyrant is pretty much f'ed, unless he's able to come up with some incredible plan.
Since Gog employs a lot of different technology, Tyrant's technopathy could come in hand. If Gog has knowledge of Tyrant's powers though, he probably wouldn't enter the arena with something that could work against him.

Tyrant should be listed higher in the KMC tier list. I think he is skyfather level in his "depowered state" Thanos was more hurt when facing Tyrant then when he was fighting Odin, and Thanos was using a plot device then.

Seeing as Tyrant had contained a lot of power in them, I don't think it would be completely unfeasible for Thanos to use them to temporarily give himself a power boost. It should also be noted that he actually hit Tyrant with the orb.
