Krypto. Superman is AT LEAST twice as strong as the Hulk. Krypto is a Kryptonian dog. Dogs have stronger jaws than humans. Kryptonian dogs have stronger jaws than Kryptonians (the only bit of assumption on my part). Krypto's teeth are sharper. You do NOT want a case of Super Kryptonian Rabbies on your hands. For that matter, Super Kryptonian Rabis would be worse.

Bull pucky! This all assumes that hulk isn't enraged... which would make his bite MUCH stronger. ESPECIALLY WWH since stipulations dictate all characters are current unless stated otherwise. 😛
