Iron Man wins. Put Aquaman in his armour from OWAW with the Trident of Poseidon and it's more of a fight. One that Aquaman likely wins.

Look at my match with Kandy....its there somewhere (should be my first "post" )

Basically Mentallo gets amped by AIM to a world class level and takes over every single person on the planet, except Tony because of the watch that he is wearing has psi defenses (again its stated he put it in both the watch and his armor).

Unless this takes place in the water, Aquaman has no chance here. Tony Stark 109/10 in a curbstomp.
