My Manga/Anime

Figured this was the right place to put this.

Well, I'm working on my own manga, it was inspired by Dragon Ball Z but no, there are no magical dragons that can make wishes & bring back the dead. The powers are similar but that's all that will probably be similar to DBZ. My main character, Sadiki, is pretty much outgoing & loving & although he does love a good fight, he doesn't like to fight too much. He lives with his adopted mother & father but they never explain to him where he comes from. I haven't figured that part out yet either so no, he's not from outer space as his origins aren't completely worked out. The original idea behind the story was that Sadiki wanted to become stronger so he went on a quest to an academy where he meets up with other kids. But, the new idea is that he goes around the world looking for martial artists to teach him more & for him to increase his power. One friend he meets I'm not going to reveal the origin of because I actually like what I'm working with now & I don't want to spoil it. Basically, with my manga they'll be going from kids to adults. The manga will start with them being kids & of course, although it will end with them being adults, I haven't exactly figured out how the series will end. Also, I plan on having more depth into the stories so it's probably not going to be all fighting & "HOW CAN I DEFEAT THIS GUY?"

This manga sounds interesting. I wouldn't mind reading it when it's finished. I have a question, though. Does Sadiki fist fight or does he have energy attacks similar to DBZ?

Both but it's probably going to be mostly fist fights to differentiate from DBZ. DBZ characters aren't known for being very physically strong, something I want my characters to be.

cool, but why dragon ball? does the protagonist has any love interest? i hope he is powerful enough to defeat lucy from elfen lied (the manga version)

i've got a suggestion. sadiki wins in the end, reunited with his love ones and being kissed by the one he loves. anyway, can we see a copy of it in this page? please don't ruin your manga with pornography. i'm waiting for it and see if it can surpass myung jin lee's ragnarok

Dude, I'm not taking any suggestions at all for my manga & I haven't come up with any concept art or anything like that so you all will probably have to wait a while. Also, I never said my manga would have pornography. Maybe a nude girl or two but it won't be a habit.

Pornography is when people are having sex, nudity is when they are just nude. Big difference, man & a little nudity never hurt anyone so there may be a few nude shots but not a lot. And I'm not sure about the love interests because this is my manga & I don't want it to be all mushy & like a chick flick if you understand what I mean.

I actually haven't come up with anything yet though although I'm trying to work on this big plot that I came up with a while ago but I don't want to reveal it because I feel it has a lot of twists & turns (it's after Sadiki becomes an adult & learns the truth about himself). I feel that the major storylines will happen while they are adults which is why I may just make them teenagers at the age of 17 so that I can do more. There's only so much that I feel you can do with children, even in a fictional universe.

Actually, nudity IS pornography. Any picture of a naked man or woman is considered pornography.

If it's in manga, I don't consider pornography. Any other questions?

I'd really appreciate it if you'd get off the subject of whether or not it's pornography. That's not what this thread was made for.

Okay. So, where exactly does you're manga take place?

While they're kids it'll take place all around the world since they are on an adventure but they'll probably live in Japan out in a forest in a hut or something. That's always intrigued me as a place for my main character to live. I like Japan because it's so advanced there & A LOT of people live there.

Since there will be a team of superheroes once they become older, at least half of the team will be composed of females WITH powers.
