It Is the dead of night, and Jackie is shrouded by the shadows. Does this aspect give Jackie the edge or is Simmons to much even for the darklings ?

Sorry but Jackie is still going down hard. Spawn is too much. Even the weakest version would edge out the win. IMO

what level are they in power or experience.

The weakest version wasn't particularly impressive. You could incapacitate him by cutting off his limbs, I think Jackie would be more than capable of doing so. I think Spawn past #50 would take a slight majority, until he was strong enough to take on malebolgia, then it would it be a curbstomp.

Unless we're counting the crossovers, where Jackie could make a darkness capable of taking on Superman.
