The Quantums were able to dominate every race in the DCU. they were able to literally take thier planets and add them to thier own Galaxy sized DNA ship. Even a world from the 4th Dimension. they were able to impersonate 5th beings as well as other superpowered beings. The quantum zealot held enough power within himself to literally threaten all of the world of the mechanics and was blowing up city sized chunks of the heaven's latter.
