Too bad Zoom only manipulates his "own time" then.

I am not sure about the speed thing, but Runner is a lot stronger.

Runner overloaded SS pretty quickly powerwise, and when he had the gem, he was toying with Thanos. I don't know that IMPs are going to be enough to take him out.

Zoom does hit hard as F though
