Not sure why Namor was safe when Marrina wasn't, she's alien (not even half Atlantean) after all.

Pretty much the picture from JLA/Avengers sums it up but Orin wouldn't even need telepathy or control over water to beat Attuma.
He could just beat the cr@p out of him.
