Vixen is the potentially the most powerful member of the JLA. She now has the ability to access any superhuman power in the vicinity. She has recently copied Superman (or WW), Flash, Black Lightening and Geo-Force.
She would win the battle by herself.
Black Canary can just fire off a canary scream to end the battle as well.
