Primarily as a water delivery dude. I get to drive a big-ass van, hauling 5-gallon barrels of water. Training salary is 9.50/h. Training last 30-90 days. Afterwards, 11.50+/h.

Stupid minimum wage raise (which I was glad about) came RIGHT after I got a raise from the company, so my pay was just bumped up to min. wage and it's as though I never got that raise to begin with. Lame.

I love my job but good god do I hate the company at times.
