He serves The One Above All the supreme creator of Marvel.

According to the Marvel Handbook 2006 the only being above The Living Tribunal is The One Above All ore a person wielding the Power of The One Above All.

It's also plausible that the Infinity Being would have been above the LT,

considering it was everything, and everything was it, (before the LT even existed)
also considering the IB created the Omniverse with it's death,

but this is just IMO.

Its possible but we don't know for sure.

Actually I was counting more on the first explanation of the Infinity Being,
during the "Thanos Quest" series.

The Ultraverse depiction, years later,
simply solidified the facts Thanos was stating about the IB.

The 2007 updated Infinity Gauntlet Bio certifies it as 100% canon truth.


The Infinity Being was everything and everything was him.

The LT did not exist at this time, if he had, he would also have been part of the IB.

He would warp all of the marvel omniverse yes, but does that means that LT could not defeat him?
