I think so, if he doesnt hold back any. Bruce is too cunning and intelligent even for the both of them.

Bruce Loses.2 min. isn't enough time to pull off a plan with any real cahnce of succses or put enough distance to gain time.Dick is too closely matched to him in ability for Tim not give them 9/10.

Is 10 minutes better?

Batman wins. Whether its a two minute head start or not. If Bats even needs it. Bruce is far more experienced than his pupils will ever be. This fight prolly would last maybe 10 minutes. 10/10 Batman.
