Rhino and Terrax aren't Jobbers; their just incredibly stupid.

Rhino is too dumb to use his strength correctly and Terrax places most of his cosmic power within his Axe (leaving him with a rather obvious weak point).

Terrax is the definition of Jobbered. Sadly though, the only time he has really been written to his real power was by John Bryne, when he ditched his stupid cosmic axe and used his geomorph powers and even defeated Dr. Doom! It took the full efforts of the Silver Surfer to take him down!
