He has a modified one compared to his classic look currently

He sucks, I wish Wonderman would crush him again.

Typically yeah his character does suck, but he was cool in Maximum Security except for his Judge Dread look he had going on

All U.S. Agent did in Omega Flight was hide behind his shield while shooting his gun. Reread it if you think Im exaggerating. Oh, and he'd occasionally toss out the generic Canada sucks comment.
