Every villian in Gotham, except the "invinsible" ones (clayface, poision ivy) have one week to prepare for the battle to control gotham, who will come out on top. I think its between Joker, Two Face, Bane, and Ra's.

look at it through Batman's eyes. Who do you think would be his main priority? Joker, no doubt.

I gave it to Ra's, with a sword in his hand I think he could run through the rest of them and is smart enough to take care of the joke when its most beneficial to him

Yea Ra's is a big threat...but the joker is unpredictable
