Today is the first day I have been off of soda. MAN....I never realized how much I depended on caffeine.

I broke down and had a dr. pepper. MUST HAVE CARBONATION!!!

well, not totally off of soda, just cutting way back. I still have maybe one or two a day, and only at work.

I stopped drinking soda when I was in Vegas. Went without it for 2 weeks before I gave in.. so I drank Vanilla Coke Zero. Its not easy.

I've gone a few days without caffeine before. I had one can of Mountain Dew in the fridge left and I wanted to save it. Once my parents bought more I forgot about how many days I went without it and grabbed the last one from the fridge. >.>
