This has me confused, cause I'm not sure who would win in a fight between these two.

You probably know who they both are, but just in case

Who do you think wins and why?

I don't know quite what Natsume would be able to do to get close to Itachi, what with his wide range attacks and speed.

Itachi is a beast it would take a lot for shin to win and since shin is unaware of what Itachi can do Itachi might have the advantage.

Itachi. Hands down.

the difference between them is SO large its non sensical to put them in the same category. generally, tenjou tenge is a far more realistic down to earth manga then naruto and the powers displayed are on a much more HUMAN level. even with dragon eye and his nadoichi,, shin doesnt stand a chance. the only thing working for him is his fragmented precognition which i doubt will be of much help.

Itachi wins via Mangekyo, I think.
